How it Works

Flow transforms a single piece of video content into a fully-optimized, multi-platform campaign through a sequence of specialized AI agents (Agentic AI) that collaborate behind the scenes. Each agent handles a specific role, ensuring your post is ready for every channel with minimal effort from you.

For the last 10 months, I’ve been pouring my energy into Flow—experimenting, refining, and building a system of agents I’m really proud of. Today I get to share their capabilities (and their personalities) with you. There’s even more in the works, but some things will have to stay under wraps… for now.

Upload & Ingestion

  • Select and drop in a video file.
  • Flow’s ingestion agent scans your content, extracts transcripts, detects scenes, and identifies key highlights. This step builds the foundation for every downstream process.

AI Copy Generation

  • Using the transcript and context, Flow’s Copywriting Agent drafts platform-specific titles, captions, and hashtags.
  • The Brand Voice Agent then adjusts these outputs to match your tone—whether that’s bold, playful, or professional.

Clip Generation

  • The Clip Generator Agent identifies high-energy or emotionally charged moments.
  • It automatically trims them into Shorts, Reels, or TikTok-ready clips, resizing and formatting for each platform’s aspect ratio.

Thumbnail Creation

  • Flow’s Thumbnail Agent analyzes frames, finds the most engaging expressions, and enhances them with overlays, text, or brand elements.
  • Multiple variations are generated so you can pick the one that best fits your campaign.

Scheduling & Orchestration

  • Choose to post immediately or let Flow’s Scheduling Agent recommend optimal times based on engagement trends and audience behavior.
  • Content is queued and synced across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Publishing Agent

  • The Publishing Agent pushes your content live through direct API integrations.
  • Each post is formatted correctly for its platform, eliminating the need for manual tweaks.

Performance Feedback (Planned Feature)

  • Flow tracks views, clicks, and engagement metrics across platforms.
  • The Performance Feedback Agent analyzes results, surfaces insights, and helps future posts perform better through trend-aware recommendations.
